Retired Friends

Each day we take pleasure from the cats around. Some roam the house freely, while the males enjoy a large outdoor enclosure. They are also taken on walks around the yard during nice summer days. Our retired cats are placed in loving homes. While we miss them, it keeps the cattery calmer and is easier on the breeding queens.

Birchgrove Tolya Taigovich
Tolya was our first Siberian, and a most affectionate cat.
He now lives a spoiled life as a pet in sunny California. This large red tabby has a deep ruff and very thick paw pads. Rich copper eyes match his incredibly plush coat.
Tolya came to us from BirchGrove Siberians, good friends of ours.

Lundberg Zorro of BirchGrove
Zorro was from our first litter. His sire was Tolya.
His massive winter coat matches his size. He loved going for walks around the yard, and spent many days outside on a long tether.
Zorro was a shared stud with us and BirchGrove Siberians. Now he is cared for by James & Whitney, and goes by "Z".

Windrifter Larisa of Lundberg
Larisa is blue with white bib and paws. She has nice bright copper eyes.
She is a sweet and gentle girl, enjoying her morning grooming and afternoon naps on lap. Her allergen levels are very low, and many of her kittens live in homes with cat allergies.

Larisa is now retired, and lives a quiet life with a family in Washington.

Birchgrove Kiska of Lundberg
Kiska is pretty silver torbie girl with a nice splash of red along her back. She had several litters of very cute and playful kittens.
Fel-d1 testing showed Kiska had high levels of feline allergens. She was retired as are breeding with lower allergen lines.

Asthera Jenika of Lundberg
Jenika is a beautiful and delightful girl. She was well socialized, very playful, and quick to learn new games. She greeted us at the door, and enjoyed meeting everyone who visited.
Many cattery visitors had adverse reactions to Jenika, and her allergen tests were higher than we felt comfortable working with.
